Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is 12 midday.Changes to these times, if no guests are leaving or arriving on these days, can be discussed with the management and adjusted if possible.

 

Late check-in after 8 will incur a small charge.

Price per night: From £185 - £220,  TT$ 1500 - 1800,  US$ 225 - 270 depending on season and number of guests.

Payment details :   25% deposit is required to secure the booking and balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.  For bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival the full payment and the security deposit is required to secure the booking.

 

Payment methods:  Overseas guests can pay in £'s, US$,  via Paypal, bank transfer, etc. Local guests  may pay in TTD into a  local bank account.

 

Damage deposit:    A refundable damage deposit of 300US$ or equivalent due with final payment is required to cover any potential damage beyond normal wear and tear.  ie burn marks on any surface, permanent pen, ink, hair dye stains on any surface, broken furniture.  Please report any breakage/damage to management.

Cancellation policy:  Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check in will receive 100% of the amount paid.  Between 30 and 60 days before check-in, 50% refund.  15-30 days before check-in 25% refund.

Other things to note: There is a double blow up mattress that can be placed in the master bedroom for 2 more guests. 

​

                                   Please be aware that the gardener and pool maintenance person may turn up without prior notice as they have their own schedules. They have keys to the back gate but will always try to be aware of the requirements of the guests.
