Welcome to Villa Sweet Breeze
Situated in a tranquil area in the hills above Mount Irvine Golf course Sweet Breeze, a three bedroom villa, has stunning unspoilt panoramic views of tropical hills, valleys and Buccoo Bay and the reef beyond.
Being located high in the hills, 5-10 minutes from the coast, the temperature in Villa Sweet Breeze lives up to it's name. It is usually very comfortable with gentle breezes most of the time. Consequently the villa does not have A/C. However you will find with the cool breezes that nights can sometimes feel almost chilly (We provide extra blankets as well just in case). All bedrooms and living room have ceiling and floor fans for added comfort if needed.
There is an acre of lush garden with seasonal avocados, bananas, mangos, oranges etc and many flowers, birds and butterflies. Guests will have access to the entire villa and gardens.
Sweet Breeze is a perfect base to explore the beauty of Tobago and have a wonderful retreat to come home to relax and enjoy. Tobago at its best!
The Livingroom
The 3000sq ft house is in a Caribbean style with traditional fretwork and louvred doors and windows all around designed to open up to catch the tropical breezes and views.
The Kitchen
The well appointed kitchen, with toaster oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. opens directly on to the large verandah.
Dining Area
Al fresco dining can be enjoyed with the exceptional views beyond.

The Pool
Lounge by the kidney shaped infinity edge pool which is 30' x 15' x 8' at the deep end. Pool towels are provided.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom with en suite also opens on to the verandah. There are very few mosquitoes because of the breeze but mosquito nets provided on all beds for relaxing nights.
Bedroom 1
One of two double bedrooms on the first floor with a balcony and views beyond. You may find with the cool breezes that nights can sometimes feel almost chilly (We provide extra blankets just in case).
Bedroom 2
All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling and floor fans for added comfort if needed.
Location
Villa Sweet Breeze is located five minutes from three of the best beaches, Grafton beach, Turtle Beach and Mount Irvine beach famous for surfing.
